The classes are ideally started between 25-30 weeks as the success of the course is linked to how much practice you do, however, if you are close to full term its not too late.
The course is broken down and run as either five classes each 2.5 hours or four classes of 3 hours. These run once a week in consecutive weeks.
The classes cover much more than learning self hypnosis and relaxation, we also cover the physiology of labour and how fear affects labour, the history of women and birthing, how hypnosis, visualisation and fear release work, preparing your body for birth, breathing techniques, massage techniques, bonding with your baby, your birth preferences and preparing your birth plan, hallmarks of labour, birth itself and more....
The total cost of the HypnoBirthing® course is £260.
The cost is inclusive of the HypnoBirthing® course textbook, the relaxation CD, a pack containing all of the illustrations, documentation and birth scripts and help with your birth plan.
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place on the course and the balance is due upon course commencement.
I am happy to offer private one to one classes, the cost is £410 and a deposit of £75 is required upon booking with the balance due upon course commencement.
The venue for the next set of classes is yet to be determined, but it will be in the Galashiels/Melrose area. For private one to one classes I am happy to travel to you.
There is no need to buy the book or CD prior to the class as these are included in the course fee, I will be happy to send the book to you upon receipt of your booking form and deposit.
